Guild 13 is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Interior Designer who works well independently and with teams. The Designer will assist the design team with overseeing and managing long-term, food & beverage, hospitality, and high-end residential projects from concept through procurement and installation.
Desired Skills & Experience: 2-5 years experience in interiors or architecture and a degree from an accredited school of interior design or architecture. Assist with creating detailed FFE specifications, sourcing and overseeing custom furniture design, fabrics, lighting, art and finishes. Assist with preparing client presentations, and assist with finish, appliance, hardware and plumbing schedules. Assist with creating drawing sets, in coordination with the senior designer and project manager. Must have strong AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Ability to multi-task. Candidate will be working on high-end projects with high-profile clients.
